Shipping and Returns
Shipping.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $18 for Australia wide. International orders, your items will be weighed and the shipping cost will be calculated. Please contact Glen for international orders glenwardle@hotmail.com
All orders will be processed within 2 to 3 weeks (if not stocked ) and 2 to 3 days if stocked and posted out via Australia Post for domestic orders & Australia Post for International orders.
COVID SHIPPING UPDATE
Please be aware that there are currently longer waits for all postage due to COVID restrictions in certain states and countries. We are not able to give you an exact arrival date of your order, best way to track your order is to enter the tracking number into the courier's website.
Returns.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or non-faulty items.
If you have received a damaged item, please email a photo of the item, the box and shipping label within 48hrs to glenwardle@hotmail.com and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement or refund.
